It is our priority to get your order out as soon as possible. Even though every item on this site is created completely by hand and many things are made to order, we are still able to get orders out within 5-7 days. Most of the time we get things out within 4 days but when things get very busy, it does take us a little extra time and in some cases it can take up to 7 days to create your jewelry. If you need your order right away, plesae let us know with a note on your order and we will make sure to put your order on priority. We use USPS for our shipping and our delivery time frames are posted below.
Orders Shipping to the United States:
We ship via USPS mail and provide you with a tracking number as soon as your jewelry is on it's way. You can choose your shipping speed at checkout, we offer USPS first class for free. This shipping method will take 5-10 days to anywhere in the US. Some items are ready to ship out the next day and other itmes will take 5-7 days to create for you before they are ready to ship. If you need your jewelry quickly, please be sure to select either priority or express mail at checkout.
We do not collect any customs when sending our packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and Lizardi Jewelry is not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
We ship our international orders via USPS mail. This is our standard shipping and will take anywhere from 1-6 weeks to reach you depending on the shipping you select at checkout. The one thing that can hold up your delivery that we have no control over is if your country's customs agency is slow with the processing. If there are no issues, most international deliveries should arrive in about 1-3 weeks.
Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to LOVE your jewelry! So please contact us immediately after you receive your order if there are any problems. We will work with you to find a solution, we will remake or exchange your jewelry until it is perfect for you! We allow for exchanges or refunds as outlined below. We want you to feel confident shopping with us and we strive for 100% satisfaction!
***Our hand stamped and personalized jewelry is not eligible for returns or exhcanges. We will be happy to resize or adjust if it is a problem with the fit or style but we aren't able to accept a return on personalized items.
We offer a 30 day exhcange policy. If you get your jewelry and decide that it is the wrong size, length or style we are happy to adjust or customize it so that it's perfect. We are also happy to swap it for anything else in our shop. Shipping rates will apply to exchange or alter your pieces. If you ordered a custom design or more than 3 of one item we will charge you 20% restocking fee to do an exchange.
If you are truly unsatisfied with your purchase and do not want an exchange or adjustment, we will offer a refund. You will need to contact us within 7 days of getting your order to qualify for a money back refund. We will give you instructions on how to ship the package back. Shipping fees are non refundable. You will also be responsible for shipping the item safely back to us. Returns will not be accepted on custom orders or orders of 3 or more of the same item, those will only be eligible for an exchange or adjustment (see above).
