Handmade with solid, nickel free sterling silver these unique small hoop earrings combine two of our popular styles into one! They feature a half inch hammered hoop with a half inch hammered disc dangling from it. They were designed to be lightweight and super comfortable to wear, the perfect everyday earrings! Understated but still unique and full of texture. I create these earrings by cutting a circular disc from sterling silver sheet. I carefully texture the surface of the disc with my hammer to create little dimples which catch and reflect the light in such a beautiful way. The discs are polished and the edges are finished smoothly by hand. I attach a tiny ring at the top of the disc as I have found that adding this ring makes the disc hang and wear better with nice movement to it as opposed to drilling a hole in the disc. Next I form and hammer a piece of heavy gauge silver into a half inch hoop and attach a post ear wire and a ring to connect the disc at the bottom. The earrings are polished to a high shine to catch the light just right. So easy to dress these up or down!

* Total length including the hoop is 1.2", the disc hangs 0.65" below the hoop and the disc measures a half inch across.

* Post style ear wire securely holds the hoop in your ear with a push back ear nut.
