Blue Topaz and Moss Aqua Necklace
This unique pendant began as a melted ball of silver which I worked at with a hammer until it was a nice solid oval shape with hammering all around the edges. I prong set two gemstones onto the silver and soldered a bail to the back. I love how this feels nice and thick from hammering down the silver rather than starting with a flat sheet. It's a bit more dimensional and interesting and the freeform shape really complements the gemstones.
